PLAN A VISIT FAQ
Q: Where do I park?
A: Once you arrive, you’ll notice various parking lots around our campus. We ask that you turn on your emergency lights so our parking team can help guide you to the main parking lot closest to our building.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Anything you’d like! From sweatpants to suits, everyone from every background is welcome.
Q: What is the service like? (worship + teaching style)
A: Each service is about 90 minutes long and includes 3–4 worship songs followed by a dynamic sermon. During worship, you’re welcome to stand, sit, or participate however you feel most comfortable.
Q: Is there something for my kids? (ages, safety, check-in process)
A: Yes, our children’s ministry, IKids, serves children ages 0–12. We also have a sensory room available for kiddos who may need extra support. Our elementary-aged kids experience church just like their parents—in their own kids auditorium with worship and dynamic teaching designed just for them.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving 20 minutes early. This gives you enough time to check your kids into IKids, get familiar with our building, and find a seat before service starts.
Q: Do I have to register, or can I just show up?
A: Either one! Whether you plan your visit ahead of time or simply show up, our welcoming team is here to serve you during your time with us.
Q: What happens after I register (plan a visit)?
A: Once you plan your visit, one of our welcoming team leaders will personally reach out to answer any questions, pray with you if needed, and help make your visit feel easy and comfortable. Our goal is simply to help you feel at home before you even get here.
Q: Do you have Spanish or bilingual support?
A: Yes! We have a fully Spanish service every Sunday at 12 PM. You can find more information here.
Q: Where do I go after service?
A: After service, we invite all guests to visit our Welcoming Room so we can hear about your experience and give you a thank-you gift.
